Each parish on the Cape has a St. Vincent de Paul conference that serves people who live within the parish boundaries. In this way, the entire Cape is covered. All conferences provide financial help. Some have food pantries. The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Cape Cod also partners with the Needy Fund and the Lower Cape Outreach Council.
